Access-controlled
Database rules only let your account (or an admin verifying a payment) read your resume — enforced server-side, not just a promise.
Encrypted
Everything moves over HTTPS and is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud's infrastructure, the same stack Firebase runs on.
Never sold
Your resume content — name, contact details, work history — is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Deletable anytime
Delete any resume from your dashboard whenever you want. It's removed from our database, not just hidden.
What we collect
Resume content: whatever you type into the builder — name, contact details, work experience, education, skills, and any links you add. If you sign in, this is saved to your account so you can come back and edit it. If you use guest mode, it stays only in your browser's local storage and is never uploaded until you sign in.
Account info: your name and email from Google/email sign-in, used to identify your account and resumes.
Payment verification: if you unlock a download or Premium, we collect the sender name, account number, and a screenshot of your bank transfer — used only to manually verify the payment. This is stored in Firebase Storage and is visible only to your account and to the admin approving payments.
Basic usage analytics: we track high-level product events — page visits, which template you clicked, whether a PDF download completed — to understand what's working and to measure ad performance via Google's tag. This tracking does not include your resume content, and guest analytics use an anonymous browser ID, not a cookie tied to your identity.
Who can see your resume
Access is enforced by database security rules, not just application logic: a resume document can only be read by the Firebase account that created it, or by the site admin — and only when reviewing a payment. There is no public resume gallery, no shareable link by default, and no other user can browse your data.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your resume content to advertisers, recruiters, or data brokers.
- We never use your resume content (name, work history, contact details) for ad targeting.
- We never share your payment screenshot or bank details with anyone outside payment verification.
Deleting your data
You can delete any resume permanently from your dashboard at any time — this removes it from our database. If you want your account and all associated data removed entirely, email us and we'll action it.
Third-party services we use
Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, database, and file storage. Google's tag for ad conversion measurement. Resend for transactional emails (payment confirmations, approvals). None of these services receive your resume content beyond what's necessary to store or email it to you.
